About Tweed Heads Community Men's Shed

Members working at Tweed Heads Men's Shed

The Tweed Heads Community Men's Shed provides a welcoming, social, and productive space for men to gather, share skills, and support one another. It’s a place where members of all ages collaborate, work on meaningful projects, and contribute to the community.

What We Do

Members engage in a range of activities including woodwork, metalwork, market management, card games, and computer learning. These activities promote well-being, skill development, and a sense of achievement.

We regularly host guest speakers covering topics such as health, safety, and personal development, helping members stay informed and connected.

Helping the Community

Our Shed proudly supports local organisations and initiatives through hands-on projects and charitable contributions. We also manage the Tweed Markets, located next to our Shed. Each Sunday, around 10–12 members volunteer their time to help set up and run the markets, which raise essential funds for our Shed’s operations and community work.
